wonderful. I met a medium sized dairy client in TN. He is actually reaching the Kirana stores through the good old distributor pattern. He doesn't want to go through the quick commerce in full swing and jeopardise his distributor. The quick commerce guy is getting better profit margin than the loyal distributor for a pack of curd or paneer. When I met a distributor and had a chat with him on this he said "if the company decides to sell through online and do away with us it's won't be fair. We are the ones who helped the brand grow in the past 30 years". But when the people decide to go online and check the same brand and if they don't find the brand there then the loss is for the Brand. These distributors still pay in cash every day, twice for the stock they receive. It's good for the Brand. I don't know how the online procurement works. Thanks for writing about this topic. good day
